Bike Mechanic’s Pants
03/25/2025These pants are straightforward. Or are they? They boast a four-way stretch nylon for comfort and indistrucability. There are darted knees, tapering to avoid chainring complications, and a cinch at the waist. These are very simple to construct, but still boast many features. Like a lot of outdoors clothing, it’s seems to favor ease-of-production while still having exciting notions for the wearer. Now, does a stretch nylon need darts or a built-in-belt-buckle? It’s an interesting case of refinement only where deemed necessary. One thing is clear, these aren’t half bad for a man with a two year old son who works six days a week, 12 hours a day, and loves to explore this god-forsaken earth.
